LEGENDS
Eligibility
Players who will turn 35 years old by midnight Dec. 31, 2024 can register and play in the Knight Soccer League over 35 Legends Division. Teams at this level are also allowed to sign a limited number of underaged players as follows:
- In 2022, Legends teams were permitted to sign up to 5 players who turned 30 years old by midnight Dec. 31, 2022.
- In 2023, Legends teams were permitted to sign up to 4 players who turned 31 years old by midnight Dec. 31, 2023.
- In 2024, Legends teams are permitted to sign up to 3 players who turn 32 years old by midnight, Dec. 31, 2024.
- Legends teams who had registered 5 underaged players in 2022 or 4 underaged players in 2023 are permitted to grandfather these players in following seasons for as long as they are registered.
- Players are no longer grandfathered once they turn 35 or if they do not register for a season.
- Teams with more than 3 underaged or grandfathered players can only play 3 at a time in a match in 2024.
